Darian Westing is a 23-year-old NPC Bikini athlete with a competitive foundation that began long before bodybuilding. Gymnastics, cheer, softball, field hockey, and lacrosse shaped the athlete she is today.
After beginning focused weight training five years ago, Darian entered her first NPC season in 2024. Within months, she earned class victories and qualified for the national stage.
